Junior Warriors expands on the Adapt 4 Pillars—self-defense, anti-bullying, Gi, and NoGi Jiu Jitsu—with heightened intensity and longer sessions tailored to growing abilities. Through dynamic warm-ups, precise drills, and strategic games, this program sharpens jiu jitsu skills, grip strength, body awareness, balance, and strong posture in a supportive, innovative environment.

Ideal for kids aged 8+ at beginner to intermediate levels, Junior Warriors suits young practitioners ready to deepen their jiu jitsu foundation, boost confidence, and tackle challenges with focus and discipline.

What to Bring/Wear
Students need a clean Gi (provided for the first class if needed) and comfortable athletic wear for No Gi segments. No prior gear required—just bring enthusiasm!
