This class focuses purely on practical self-defense, with no sparring, emphasizing skill through drills and repetition.

Designed for women of all levels, from beginners to those with experience, who want effective self-defense skills. Ideal for anyone looking to feel safer and more confident without stepping into sport jiu jitsu.


What to Bring/Wear
A clean Gi is required (available for first-timers if needed). Wear comfortable underlayers or rash guards and bring a readiness to train—no additional gear necessary.
